This War-Bird is modeled after the original P-40 Warhawk. It first flew in 1938 and was mainly used by the United States Army Air Corps and the Allied powers during WWII  It remained in the front line service until the end of the war. The Warhawk proved to be an asset to the Allied powers and was a major factor of the outcome of WWII  . The P-40 Warhawk is popular and used in famous movies such as “Flying Tiger”, “Pearl Harbor”, and “Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow”.
