RADIO-CONTROLLED AIRPLANES AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE. We DO NOT accept any responsibility for crash damages. Pre-flight procedures and methods should be used prior to flight to check the functionality of all components. We DO NOT accept any responsibility for improper installation of our products. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold or distributed by FMSmodel. The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer's guidelines. FMSmodel DOES NOT accept any responsibility for injury, crashes, and damages, loss of accessories, parts, and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled model. Extreme care should be taken when using RC products. FMSmodel have warranty of 30 days from date of purchase. Any additional claims for warranty after the initial 30 day period will be reviewed on a case by case bases. FMSmodel may request the defective part or parts be return for analysis prior to determining if replacement is warranted at customer expense. Please contact the Customer Service Department at the numbers listed above or our Online Customer Service Ticket System to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return a defective item for replacement.
We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are returned to us without an RMA number. We reserve the right to allow the return of defective merchandise from the customer at customer's shipping expense. If we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused, or modified in any form an exchange, replacement, or refund will not be processed.
